Shipping & Returns
“The Business” means NIKKE HORRIGAN.
“Product” means any item purchased from the Business.
2.1. For orders in Australia – if you have not received your purchase within seven (7) business days, please contact email@example.com.
2.2. For orders outside Australia – if you have not received your purchase within fourteen (14) business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.3. While the Business provides estimated times of delivery, the Business makes no representation as to the actual date of delivery and accepts no liability for delivery beyond the estimated delivery time.
3. Returns and refunds
3.1. Except as required by consumer legislation, the Business will not provide refunds or exchanges for any Product. As such, it is recommended that you choose carefully prior to finalizing your order.
3.2. Where a Product is faulty, the Business will provide a refund on the condition that the Product is returned to the Business within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product.
3.3. The Business reserves the right to request proof of fault and to have the Product assessed prior to issuing a refund.
3.4. All refunds where possible shall be paid in the same manner as the original purchase. If this is not possible, an alternative method of payment of the refund shall be arranged.
