Shipping & Returns
“The Business” means NIKKE HORRIGAN.
“Product” means any item purchased from the Business.
2.1. For orders in Australia – if you have not received your purchase within seven (7) business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.2. For orders outside Australia – if you have not received your purchase within fourteen (14) business days, please contact email@example.com.
2.3. While the Business provides estimated times of delivery, the Business makes no representation as to the actual date of delivery and accepts no liability for delivery beyond the estimated delivery time.
3. Returns and refunds
3.1 You may return your order for an exchange within 10 days of purchase, for any reason.
3.2 Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached.
3.3 For returns of sale items we do not offer refunds unless deemed faulty.
3.4 All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
